Simple rules for shipping your test

  • If it is not a liquid such as Urine, Saliva or a Faecal matter, then you can ship the item via the postal service from anywhere in the world. Please make sure that your package is Not delivered on a Weekend and that parcels requiring a signature receipt are Not delivered before 9am, as this will delay your delivery.

  • If the item you are returning contains less than 50ml of liquid or Biological Substances, then within the UK you can use the postal service. Your specimen must be properly packaged and requires the original specimen container, to be in a sealed bag with some absorbent material, which must then be inside a hard box or crush proof shell.  

  • If you choose to use our optional courier services then please record the tracking number which is printed on your label. You need this to ensure you can track your package and make certain it’s been received by us safely or the actual laboratory if its  travelling with DHL or FedEx Couriers.

  • Don’t leave booking your courier to the day you want to ship your specimen. Book the courier at least one working day beforehand otherwise you will disappointed. You will also be subject to a mandatory same day shipping surcharge of £5.00.

Returning your sample within the UK via UPS

Within your test collection kit we provide you with a UPS label and packing bag to return your completed specimen. 

If you use the Regenerus Laboratories UPS service, this is charged in addition to your laboratory test analysis and must be paid directly to Regenerus Laboratories.

Sending your sample to Europe via DHL

Within your test collection kit we provide you with a DHL  packing bag to return your completed specimen directly to the laboratory.  DHL labels are only valid for 5 days so this is not included within your test collection kit. When you know the date of your blood draw appointment, please contact Regenerus Laboratories and request your DHL label.  Your test must be fully paid up before we can release your shipping label.

Please do not order your label on the day of your blood draw appointment, call at least one full working day beforehand.

If you are having a blood test we recommend a morning appointment Monday to Thursday.  Do not book appointments for a Friday.

Sending your sample via FedEx "Federal Express"

Within your test kit pack we provide you with a FedEx packing bag to return your completed specimen directly to the laboratory.  FedEx labels are only valid for 5 days so this is not within your test collection kit. For this reason when you know the date of your blood draw appointment, please contact Regenerus Laboratories and request your FedEx label.  Your test must be fully paid up before we can release your shipping label.
